We ship from Dallas, TX. We ship our products worldwide!

*Oversized items may result in additional shipping costs. This is dependent on your shipping location and you will be notified after purchase. Contact us ahead of time if you want full shipping costs.

In-Stock Items – In-Stock items will be marked as “IN STOCK”. Items marked otherwise are not in stock and/or are in production which will take longer to ship out.

Order Packing Time – Most in stock items will ship out within the next business day but can take up to three days for an order to ship out. Please plan accordingly. Under certain circumstances we can accommodate.

Pre-Order/Backorder Items – Pre-Order or Backorder items are expected to arrive on their scheduled ETA date (Estimated Time of Arrival). While we do our best for this timeline to be accurate there can be delays from our manufacturers and/or shipping companies which we have no control over. We do our best to plan accordingly and notify our customers of an accurate ETA date.

Shipping Companies – We typically ship with USPS Priority Mail, USPS International Priority Mail, UPS Standard and UPS Ground.

Tracking Numbers – A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates – Shipping rates are priced at a flat rate fee for both USA and International Shipments.

  • USA USPS Priority Mail – $10 Flat Rate
  • International USPS Priority Mail – $60 Flat Rate

Shipping Times – Shipping times will vary depending on the shipping option. The day the item is shipped does not count as a shipping date.

  • USA USPS Priority Mail – 1-3 Day Shipping
  • International USPS Priority Mail – 5-7 Day Shipping.

Change of Shipping Address - Customer is held liable for the confirmation of a change for their original shipping address. Change of address has to be confirmed on the system. If the shipping address did not change and is shipped to a previous address, customer will need to retrieve the package. For a re-shipment, the shipping cost will need to be paid again.

Incorrect Shipping Address - DIYElectricSkateboard is not responsible for incorrect mailing addresses. USPS shipments are unable to change or make modifications to the shipping address when in route. Customer is held liable for orders being shipped to an incorrect address. For a re-shipment, the shipping cost will need to be paid again.
