It's a pulley, does the job well.

It's a pulley, isn't really much to say. I will mention the ones I received looked slightly different than pictured, but I like it. The pulley diameter doesn't "step down" like it does in the picture. Instead, the spot for the set screws is just as wide as any other part of the pulley. This is actually nice because it gives the set screws more threads and allows you to get them tighter and they'll stay that way longer.
