Pre-cut pure nickel strip designed for building straight 21700 2P parallel cell groups.

Each strip is sized for two 21700 cells arranged side by side and provides a clean, repeatable conductor for spot-welding parallel connections. The pre-cut format helps reduce measuring, trimming, and material waste during battery-pack assembly.

Sold individually so builders can order the exact quantity needed for 6S2P, 10S2P, 12S2P, custom, repair, or test builds.

A complete battery pack may require additional conductive material for:

Installation

Before spot welding:

  1. Confirm all cells are matched and within an appropriate voltage range.
  2. Inspect cell wrappers and terminal insulators.
  3. Clean the nickel and cell terminals.
  4. Align the strip over the correct terminals.
  5. Verify polarity and pack layout.
  6. Test weld settings on scrap material or a test setup.

Do not solder directly to lithium-ion cell terminals unless using a process specifically designed and validated for that application.
