Adhesive-backed fish paper for insulating and protecting lithium-ion battery packs, battery modules, electrical connections, and other battery-building surfaces.

Each quantity includes one continuous 3-foot strip measuring 70mm wide and 0.20mm thick. The adhesive backing helps hold the material in place during battery-pack assembly while the fish paper provides an additional layer of electrical insulation and abrasion protection.

Installation

Measure and test-fit the material before removing the adhesive liner.

For best results:

1. Clean the application surface.
2. Remove dust, oil, flux residue, and loose debris.
3. Allow the surface to dry completely.
4. Cut the fish paper to the required shape.
5. Remove the adhesive backing.
6. Apply the material evenly without folds or wrinkles.
7. Press firmly across the entire surface.

Avoid applying the material over sharp edges, contaminated surfaces, damaged cells, or energized electrical connections.

Important Safety Information

Fish paper is only one component of a complete battery insulation system. It does not replace proper cell isolation, electrical spacing, structural protection, heat-resistant insulation, testing, or safe battery-pack design.

Lithium-ion battery construction can cause fire, serious injury, or property damage if completed incorrectly. Battery packs should only be assembled or serviced by someone familiar with cell handling, insulation, wiring, short-circuit prevention, and electrical safety.
